Saturday Supper 12/14/19

That was really delicious and "if" anyone is interested in my revised recipe I'll be happy to type it up and post it tomorrow. The good news is we will enjoy some leftovers, and a freezer meal.

We love a good, hearty stew. I would like to have the recipe, when you have a chance to post it.

Roasted red potatoes & vidalia onions, scrambled eggs & cheese, homemade pickled cucumbers, and sliced tomatoes.

We finished off the tom yum soup and had some of the leftover pad Thai. We had fruit salad for dessert.
