I made hot dog rounds sautéed with onion then simmered in sauce made of butter, tomato paste, water and burgundy wine. Served over small pasta shells

We have 2 more sheet/jelly roll pans. Craig just forgets about them because he doesn't use them and they are put away. Besides that, it was on a sheet pan of sorts, a perforated pizza pan covered in foil. I think it was a combo of a glass pie dish and the butternut squash underneath. I'll probably also cook it on a lower rack for at least part of the time next time we do this. We did have to lay a piece of foil over the top so it wouldn't get too dark just over half-way through the cooking time.

I was away apple picking Saturday, got fried hamburgers with oven fries, no bread due to the host gluten intolerance .
