We had tacos made with pulled pork that I made using GG's recipe (waves at Kayelle).

Thanks GG. Waving back, Taxi.

I made up some pineapple salsa to go with those PP enchilada's just to fulfill my curiosity about pineapple enchilada's. Holy cow.....that's a flavorful winner and I'll sure be doing it again.
Chopped fresh pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, white vinegar and oil was the combo for the salsa.

Boiled shrimp with Bay Seasoning. I'm trying to wring every moment out of summer, so had to spend time at the pool....

Gorgeous food porn, all!

We had leftovers. I had the wings and DH had the cheezeburger macaroni. We'll be going out of town midweek so want to pare down the leftovers in the fridge.

It does sound like a good idea, doesn't it. I'll have to try that some time.
