Hi S&P...I couldn't believe there wasn't a dinner post yet. Maybe nobody but us is eating today? That sure looks good.
I'm about to put this pan of pulled pork enchiladas in the oven. I used the leftover pulled pork from GG's recipe that I made the other day.
