Right you are! I made chicken enchiladas for the first time tonight, and they were awesome!

From this recipe, except I added some enchilada sauce, and black olives as a topping.

Chicken was on sale so I got a large package of cutlets. I used 1/2 for dinner last night and tonights dinner is basically the same thing as last night only prepared different.

Chicken Parmesan, fried red tomato slice, steamed baby spinach and tomato salad.

august the sixth was a special day for us. my fourth great granddaughter was born. can't spell her name, but they will call her teddy. she was about three weeks early but all is well.

for dinner today, i made a spinach, peas, and red onion salad with hot bacon and vinegar dressing. main course was brie and ricotta with roasted garlic borsetti. i cooked in boiling water, drained and put into skillet with melted butter. stirred them around and add a bit of garlic pwd. and black pepper. i just discovered these things and i am hooked. dessert is thawed mixed berries and softened mascarpone cheese. all was very very good.

Babetoo- congrats on the new addition!!!!

I have been busy trying out recipes. Only one is trashed. Angle Buns, they turned out like hockey pucks. I never got around to making dinner. The English Muffin Bread is good!! I think I will make a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with that. I did make a Peach Pound Cake that is good.

Relieved.. I think that it wasn't my " Wedgies" you trashed.

Congratulations Babe.. Babies are sweet especially when you can sugar them up and send them home with a puppy!
