Saturday's Supper 9/3

I bought a September lamb on Sat morning, the funny thing is my wife will not touch it until it been in the freezer for a few month and she has forgotten the sight of me chopping Larry up.
I French trimmed a rack (I save all the trimmings in the freezer for civapicci) and put it on the grill, Mrs BDF had wings.

I had a sausage & stuffing casserole thawed from the freezer, jazzed it up by serving with white sauce. Deeeelicious! I plan on serving it that way next time.

Last night I had my fish taco using what I had on hand. The filling was fish, cheese, lettuce, green onion and salsa. I didn't realize I had the flash set when I took the picture. I don't like using flash on food pics, unless the room is really dark. Oh well.

did roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, and ratatouille. Amazing how good that combination is together.

Tonight will be homemade tortilla chips turned into a nacho platter with homemade guacamole and homemade salsa.

Just because I love junk food, and fresh food. All at the same time.
