Seasonal Cooking?

I grill and BBQ 12 months out of the year....I look forward to Crawfish season, and oyster seasons and some wild game seasons...Soups, stews, gumbos, and the like or mostly Fall & winter dishes, but may pop up on the menu in July as well.
 
Living in Michigan, I tend to save all my soups, stews for winter. Something to look forward to, still grill in snow if its not too windy, but not as often. Making my first pot of chili this Sunday ! Need my burgers and chili dogs all year though.
