I'm looking to see if anyone has any side dish ideas for one of my favorite dishes to make. Shrimp po boys! Just to give you an idea, it's shrimp marinated in a Chinese style marinade consisting of soy sauce, corn starch (as a binder) sesame oil, chili powder, minced garlic, diced green onions and maybe a dash or two of whatever else I feel the need to add but you get the idea. I then dress a baguette with thin sliced green bell peppers, cucumber and top with the sautéed shrimp. Any ideas what creative side would go with this??
