Side Dish with Tuna Burgers?

Hi All:

Making tuna burgers (flaked tuna, celery, seasonings, bound with egg and crushed cheese crackers) tonight, and am stumped as to what to serve them with. Some sort of salad? Tired of the same old green salads. Or some other vegetable? I know this is a creative bunch!!

Thanks,
Jan

Chips. Or season and bake some flour tortilla pieces for home made chips.

You can always go with some kind of rice. One of my family's faves is to add cream cheese, butter, milk and powdered Ranch dressing to cooked rice. Mix together until cheese is melted and serve.

Jabbur, that sounds good. That is going to be my side dish tonight. I also will add some chives on top. Thanks!
