Thumbs up Steak and Potatoes kinda night

Tonight for dinner: Sirloin Steaks marinated in my family spice blend and beer. Baked macaroni and cheese. Creamy mashed potatoes with garlic and chives. Garlic cheesy drop biscuits. (: I will share any of the recipes EXCEPT the spice blend. Sounds delicious to me and I don't think tonight's meat portion will be ruined. (:

Do you have an aversion to green vegis? The sides you list seem great for packing on pounds.
