I'm making chicken katsu tonight, with white rice and Chinese smashed cucumbers on the side.

We were gifts some Omaha Steaks products. Tonight's dinner was top sirloin steak, steak fries and green beans with almonds.

We had ham, potato salad, and collards yesterday. Saving what we didn't eat Sunday to go with everything else on Christmas.
