Shrimp, red and yellow bell, daikon, cucumber, carrot, cilantro spring rolls with a coconut, lime, cilantro dipping sauce. Craig and I both absolutely love that sauce.

A cucumber, carrot, shrimp, conch, and squid salad with a kimchi base, honey, lime juice dressing. An old favorite.

A cheat day, I got a tub of my 'Jamaican Rice and Beans' out of the freezer and served it up with a shop bought sweet and sour chicken.

We had a pepperoni and red onion pizza. SO couldn't wait for the photo.

Sundays are supposed to be my "Me" days. I had a pork roast in the Crock-Pot before I got Mom up this morning. That with potato salad and fresh fruit worked for the Elders tonight. Tomorrow night--pork tacos.

Lunch was rotisserie chicken, Giardiniera, hot vinegar banana pepper rings, Kalamata olives, feta cheese cubes, stuffed grape leaves and deli potato salad.

Dinner was Prime cut boneless sirloin steak reverse seared, creamed spinach and Knorr's side dish.

Great looking dinners tonight!

We went to a graduation party for our little Cheyenne...from Pre School!

Sounds silly but things are done different these days. Next is Kindergarten graduation I guess. By the time she wears all the caps and gowns over the next several years it will all be anti climatic when she graduates from college. Hope I live long enough to see it.

The food was good but I was stuck sitting next to the "other grandma" who is just about the most obnoxious person I know. I nearly bit my tongue off, and glad it's over.
Cheyenne was naturally adorable...

Kayelle, I'll bet she was cute in her cap and gown. We will be attending our grandson's graduation from elementary school later this month.

I'll bet she was too. I have pictures of the 40-year-old DD graduating from kindergarten in cap and gown. They are all so cute at that age.
