What a pleasure to be served a home cooked meal, and have a free night!

Steve did a wonderful stir fry with shrimp, bell pepper, white onion, mushrooms and fresh asparagus pieces with a "secret" sauce and topped with candied sliced almonds.
The only thing I did, was put the Jasmine rice on to cook.
I think I'll keep that man!

You're right. That guys definitely a keeper. I'm still waiting for Ron's so called "signature dish" - Aubergine and Potato curry, after 18 years of marriage. His excuse? You cook so well I don't need to. I suppose I should be flattered. :ermm:

We went to the local Mexican restaurant so my Sunday dinner was 3 Jalepeno Poppers and a Corona Beer. (quality over quantity, I'm on a diet.)

Most of my day was spent making fresh, spicy pablano sausage. We had a salad for dinner.
