What a pleasure to be served a home cooked meal, and have a free night!

Steve did a wonderful stir fry with shrimp, bell pepper, white onion, mushrooms and fresh asparagus pieces with a "secret" sauce and topped with candied sliced almonds.
The only thing I did, was put the Jasmine rice on to cook.
I think I'll keep that man!

You're right. That guys definitely a keeper. I'm still waiting for Ron's so called "signature dish" - Aubergine and Potato curry, after 18 years of marriage. His excuse? You cook so well I don't need to. I suppose I should be flattered.

We went to the local Mexican restaurant so my Sunday dinner was 3 Jalepeno Poppers and a Corona Beer. (quality over quantity, I'm on a diet. )

Most of my day was spent making fresh, spicy pablano sausage. We had a salad for dinner.

I have chicken soaking in butter milk. Going to fry it up in a bit...

Let the chicken soak for another night. Going to have that today. We ended up having Tuna melts with pan fried potato medalions....I rarely eat tuna melts but these were really good. May have them more often.
