Cornbread, sliced tomatoes, cold sliced vidalia onions

grilling a london broil .. some red potatos on the grill ..
maybe some green beans .. and something sweet after ..
no idea what .. but i have a terrible craving for ice cream ..

For me petrale sole picatta, for DH halibut dipped in egg then panko and cooked in butter, steamed yukons the halved and dressed with evoo,sliced onion,parsley,salt and pepper and a touch of vinegar, big globe artichokes with mayo or butter, and spinach salad with strawberries..Dessert just cantaloupe halved and the center filled with vanilla ice cream..

locally grown asparagus roasted
locally grown new potatoes boiled
and something involving strawberries and rhubarb that was freshly picked this afternoon.

First time trying this recipe and it came out great. On the side we had crispy potatoes.
