Looks like a great meal for a hot summer day. Makes me want a bean salad again!

Last night (Saturday) we made Gozleme for the first time

We made the spinach and feta one and it was delicious!

Had it with pork schnitzel and salad

Tonight we are making a Classic Quiche Lorraine from Masterchef Australia

Had to look up gozleme - that looks delicious and so perfectly browned. Can't go wrong with spinach and feta! Great pics, thanks for sharing.

Thanks Cheryl :)

No I had not heard of it either until they cooked it on Masterchef. It is apparently a middle eastern recipe

Wanted to add the pics of our salmon dinner along with a couple of key lime pie pics. Improbably wouldn't have made the Hasselback potatoes or the pie if it hadn't been for the discussion here. Thanks DC family!

2nd pie pic is after I added toasted coconut, thought that might be kind if fun.

OMGoodness, I want some of that pie, too. Especially with the coconut. The salmon and asparagus look wonderful!
