Tonight we made Classic Quiche Lorraine from Australia Masterchef

It was delicious and so creamy

We had homemade deep fried chips with the quiche

Lovely dinner! That quiche looks excellent. It's been a long time since I made a quiche. It had assorted veggies in it with a couple different cheeses.

Thanks Dawgluver and Kylie. DH says you are welcome to the pie, unfortunately it was very bitter, not too tart, just bitter. I used key limes and deleted the sugar. It was plenty sweet. This was "Eva's Key lime pie".
