Super Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Take bread and spread a light coating of butter on one side of each slice, and grate fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano evenly all over on those sides so that the cheese sticks to the butter. Then inside put some sliced cheese of your choice, I like cheddar. Then sliced tomato. Then season with S&P, then some freshly made mozzarella sticks, then another piece of cheese. Add some fresh Parm to the inside as well then put the other slice of bread on top. Obviously you want the cheesy-buttery part on the outside then lightly oil the pan and put it in and cook like you would a normal grilled cheese making sure the Parm gets a nice golden brown on the outside.
Then top the whole thing with home made marinara sauce and a little more parmigiano-reggiano. You can go all out and put a basil chiffonade on top.
