I got an Oster turkey roaster and decided to try it with a Perdue Oven Stuffer roaster whole chicken. Put some carrots, red potatoes, onions, and squash chunks in there with it. Made some mashed potatoes, sweet peas, and gravy to go with it. Turned out pretty good - can't wait to try a turkey in it, or a ham.
