Sunday Morning 4-17-16 Breakfast

We had biscuits and sausage gravy. I used AB's recipe.

Hot breakfast sausage and a low carb pancake with SF syrup.

At least the sausage is real!

We had eggs done sunny-side up, sausage patties, biscuits with local honey or molasses, orange juice and coffee. I only at one of my biscuits. Too full for the other one. I'll have it for a snack later.

Left over pizza from last night...coffee, oj....

Fresh hashed brown potatoes, topped with a spicy red chile and ground meat sauce, topped with a fried egg. And two pancakes for DH. Breakfast is on hold. DH laid down on the couch and is presently snoring.

Two scrambled eggs with fresh cut chives and chopped spinach, and a slice of toasted rye. Coffee.

I had waffles with butter and maple syrup. SO had an English muffin and yogurt with pistachios and chocolate bits.

DH cooked up some bacon and English muffins for both of us, and a fried egg for me. Coffee for both of us. He's not fond of eggs, but he cooks them beautifully

Nothing better than a slice or two of leftover pizza that has been buttered on the bottom and fried low and slow in a cast iron skillet.
