What's cookin at your house?

It's soup weather around here, so I dug out a good recipe of mine that I haven't used in a long time.
Sweet n Sour Sausage Cabbage Soup

MMM, that sound real yummy K!

Here's my plan, I've already made a double batch of fresh pasta to be rolled and cut into fettuccine later today. Along with the pasta, I'm going to make my version of Chicken Marsala; TJ's Half-baked idea mini ciabatta, nothing green here though... DH feels that pasta should not be served with anything else but bread

SIL and BIL are coming over for the dinner that was canceled last week for the kitchen faucet fiasco.

I made a big pot of Sunday Ragu with sausages and meatballs.

We're having cold January weather here in March - single digits at night. BRRRRR.

Winter weather meal tonight. Roast chicken, scalloped potatoes, steamed broc.

Happy Anniversary to you and your lady, Roch! I just looked at the menu...sounds delicious and so varied. I think I would have fun with the chef's choice blind sharing menu as well. Let us know how it went, I'd love to hear what ended up on your plates. With pics, please!

This afternoon's dinner will be a repeat from last night. Leftover braised short ribs and veggies with gravy, over mashed.

Not decided yet. But, I have some porcetta vacuum sealed in the freezer, that Craig just reminded me of. That may be my winner.

My biggest customer texted me that things are going to get crazy for the next couple of weeks, so I may be eating airport food for a while, so I better eat home food tonight.

Ah, airport food... loads of calories, fat and sodium, for a ridiculous price.

Ooops, I think I may have misunderstood....it's the anniversary of your business! Congrats on your first successful year, and here's to many more to come!
