Leftover tuna casserole from last night. After I bake the full portion, I set the rest in a foil pie pan, cover it and refrigerate it (2 days max). It reheats nicely in the foil pie pan.
 
Salad, shrimp cocktail, & bbq tri-tip.

In addition to the pizzas, I made leafed-up Caprese salads. I tore up some romaine before I layered the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. I treated us to Burrata mozzarella and split the ball between the two. We are no longer burrata virgins! Very good, but too pricey for my wallet to make it a regular thing.

Uncle Bob, good to see you. I would have started with that chocolate ice cream. :yum:
