DH cooked today-simple but delicious. Lemon grass pesto tuna steak and tilapia, white rice and corn on the cob

I had chicken corn chowder out of the freezer. I made a big batch in the fall and am happy to have it tonight. We don't have much in the house to eat. Callum wouldn't let me make a dinner anyway, he's stll too fussy and feverish from his shots yesterday. It's a good spicy chowder with green chile, cilantro and butternut squash. I believe the recipe is posted around here some where. Dessert is chocolate, tea and Alias once Aidan is asleep, it is my wind down time.

instead of shopping for food i stayed in, so i didn't cook my previously posted dinner.
i have very few ingredients to work with so my dinner wasn't quite traditional:LOL: :
