Suppertime Sept 17th

OK fine, I'll start today's dinner thread

I'm thinking of grilled shrimp enchiladas in molé... if I get the grill cleaned out and MacGyver the one burner deflector that's broken.
If I don't, I have other options.

Tonight we're having black bean and nopal burritos, wrapped in homemade blue corn tortillas. And a jicama salad, on the side.

We're debating, but it looks like it might be dumpling night. That and a salad.

I just ate a boudin sausage. I may snack on some potato salad later.

We had defrosted black beans and rice earlier. Have no idea for tonight.

Well, it looks like eating Mexican anyway

Everyone must be taking it easy here today. Maybe waiting until the last minute, which is what I usually do

Steaks in a kal-bi type marinade, rice, and kimchee.
