Tax Day Dinner Part Deux - 4/18/2018

Procrastinators, rejoice! Due to the IRS computer problems yesterday, the deadline for Federal taxes has been extended to today.

Tonight's dinner will be burgers on the grill, oven fries.

We're going out to dinner tonight. No special reason.

After making two new recipes, I'm making a no-brainer tonight. We'll be having chicken piccata over buttered noodles, steamed broccoli, and salad.

I will be making this:

Hawaiian-style Hamburger Steak Plate Lunch for dinner
the only difference will be that I'm going to season the patties with
Miners Mix Roast & Prime Rib Herb Seasoning
and then grill them.
Oh and no mushrooms in the gravy

Made Swedish meatballs, spaetzle (too lazy to make egg noodles), mixed veggies. I made gingersnap cookies for my Dad earlier in day, so that was their dessert. Put 30 or so meatballs in the freezer for another day.
