I'm home alone tonight. So that would be a sandwich or cereal!

It's cold here too, so comfort food is definitely a must. Oven fried chicken thighs, mashed potatoes with cheese, all melted and gooey, green bean casserole and dinner rolls. Dessert? Saving all my dessert tokens for Christmas.

I'm in Dallas at a hotel called The Melrose. Tonight we will be meeting for drinks in The Library and then dining in The Landmark. I ate lunch there today, very good!

I made chili and we had it over our hotdogs with lots of cheese. Our veggie was Doritos.

A friend of ours is visiting, so we went out tonight. We went to a Thai place. I had this noodley dish that wasn't too great, but only ordered it because it had peanut sauce on it. I love that peanut sauce. dh ordered a fantastic chicken red curry. And a thai iced tea, yum!
