4 cheese rising crust pizza doctored with anchovies, mushrooms, black olives, and jalapeno peppers, with extra mozzarella and provolone cheese to hold all that shtuff on there. Haven't decided between opening a nice red wine or just cracking a Stella Artois.

That sure does sound good...what did you end up having with it, was it the red?

We had a big chicken lunch at Nando's today, so when it came to dinner I had a big feed of steamed asparagus with a little butter and lots of lemon!

I always use this to season my Greek cooking......good stuff!

I used to use that seasoning a lot, Kayelle! I haven't used it in awhile as I make a lot of my own blends but that is one of the best by far!

Had to switch gears from the Jambalya I was originally going to make. Ended up with a sorta etouffee/creole cross, since I added tomatoes. The mains were chicken and andouille. Served over rice.
