Caesar salad
Little shrimp casseroles (a la Jacques Pepin) -- shrimp, garlic, butter, white wine, mushrooms, scallions, topped with bread crumbs and baked).
Served over capellini, with warm buttered toasted baguette.

This was last night's dinner. Seasoned chicken breast over a simple salad with sliced deli turkey and veggies.

Yeah, but your platter looks much more appetizing.

I love salads with all kinds of different veggies on it. He's happy with just celery and carrots. Sometimes I get fancy and mix in some spinach.
