half of a tuna sandwich , chips and two beers. to upset about e-mail hacking to do any more. may have another beer. lol. just thinking of all the people i have to notify takes my appetite away.

Thank you LC. No I haven't posted it because it is based on someone elses recipe. I have changed a some things but not enough to call it my own.
