I made Uncle Bob's chicken thigh stew last night with a southwest seasoning mix.

SO walked in the door, looked under the lid and made a face. She then asked if I could lay off experimenting with new dishes for a while and stick to our normal rotation.

Skip ahead to the two of us sitting in the kitchen eating the stew. SO says, "Mmmmm, this is really good. I think I could use this recipe at work (SO is a home manager/personal chef). I ask, "Should I save this recipe and make it again?". "ABSOLUTELY, SAVE IT!"

It has the seal of approval! Must be good.
