Baked tilapia in a lemon butter herb sauce. Served over basmati rice with steamed corn on the side tonight.

Dad and I had hot dogs and fries while we watched the best team in the NHL win another one! Go Canucks!

We went out to the local Mexican restaurant tonight, chicken enchilada, chili rellenos, tamale, beans and rice lime margarita for me. Picadillo beef burritos, beans and rice and Mexican beer for DH. I brought at least half of mine home
portions were huge!
