lol, I want chicken!
I'm holding off though until my new beer can chicken pan comes in. Should be any day.

12 lbs, that's a big bird. Is it a capon?

Its a free range farm chicken. I get them about 3-4 times a year. They are HUGE. Normally they are anywhere from 8-12lbs. I save the big ones for company dinner. 8 lbers are usually dinner x2 for us.

Hey ladies! I'm Katie. This is my first time on these forums. I love to cook and I thought I'd hop on and share. Tonight I think I'm going to make some tostadas. They're so yummy and quick.

I need to clear out the fridge before we go away for graduation weekend. Need to cook the sausage and bacon so it's breakfast for supper. I'll do up some eggs (not sure if I'll fry, poach or scramble) to go with and add some toast.
