Kgirl - I first had Tuna Poke in a small restaurant near John Wayne airport during a business trip. It was amazing. I would be interested in your recipe. the only trusted Tuna we get near me is frozen. But when I venture to Atlanta to shop I always pick up a filet. I would love to try it again.
