Thursday's Dinner - Sept 5, 2013

I made Chicken Tonkatsu served over shredded lettuce with rice and Chinese long beans and bell peppers sauteed in garlic and ginger oil with oyster sauce. Also made a dipping sauce for the chicken with Worcestershire, ketchup, mirin and sesame oil. Yummy! :yum:

Baking must have given it that lighter look. I was thinking there was coconut in it.
