I made Chicken Tonkatsu served over shredded lettuce with rice and Chinese long beans and bell peppers sauteed in garlic and ginger oil with oyster sauce. Also made a dipping sauce for the chicken with Worcestershire, ketchup, mirin and sesame oil. Yummy!

It's a basic flour-egg-breadcrumb with panko, baked at 475 for 15 minutes. No deep frying, so no mess and fewer calories!

Baking must have given it that lighter look. I was thinking there was coconut in it.
