Thursday's meal is full of ...? Jan 23rd

I am doing a turkey breast roast, stuffed with gluten free stuffing and served with homemade cranberry sauce and roasted veggies.

What are you planning?

Stirling has agreed to make tacos.

I may make some Margueritas.

I'm going to make Charlie D's Bigos again. I'll make extra slaw and turn it into creamy slaw for tomorrow's dinner.

Is this something I missed when I was away for 6 months? What's a Bigos?

Edit: Okay, answered my own question - Polish stew. Looks really good!

No, it was fairly recent. I think it translates to hunter's stew.
Look for the thread asking about a sausage stew or something like that. Charlie posted his recipe in it.

My gallbladder is still paying for the pizza I had last night. But it was really good.

You got the unedited version of my post. I found it. Polish Hunter's Stew. Similar to the Hunter's stew my "adopted" Ukrainian Gramma used to make I think.
