Hey, you went out and bought some cream cheese, Dawg ;)

Week 3 is over.
I'll wash it down with a cupcake later.

Oh man....

That's gorgeous, Pac!

Somebunny, would love the rhubarb blackberry crisp recipe! Gawd, would love that to be routine here!

Dawg..........give me a little while and I will post the rhubarb/blackberry crisp recipe.......all our computers are running really slow right now, but as soon as I resolve the problem. I will post. :chef:

That looks outstanding. I see some Cubans in our future.

Would you share your marinade?

Thanks Andy.
The marinade I used was:
The juice from an orange
The juice from a lime
1/4c olive oil
2 smashed cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 bay leaves

I don't know about you folks but in our house beef is getting to be a rare thing. But I splurged and bought a beef roast on sale. So today was a good old fashioned Sunday dinner. Pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes carrots, cole slaw, dinner rolls and and absolutely heavenly onion gravy with just a touch of Marsala added. I could have made a meal of the gravy alone.

Kade's,

I can make it to your house just in time for dinner.
Just finished up making Chorizo & Lentil Soup. I'll let it simmer in the crock pot all day. Were having that with some sourdough bread and side of salad.. Now to tackle cleaning the garage. :stuart:

Munky.
Hey sweetpea, any time you want to come for dinner let me know. I'd love you to be our guest.
