To you it's a challenge. To me it's turning into a genuine craving

Pac, are you sure you haven't heard of Dad's Cookies? They make a scotch oatmeal cookie that is crisp and I kind of remember their packaging being orange and white.....of course I may just be making this all up......here is a pic of their Scotch Oatmeal cookie.

In laws were here for supper tonight, so made cheese stuffed meatloaf, rice, and peas & corn with a side of gravy. Nothing fancy, but tasty for sure!

I don't think any of us said we"liked" Dad's cookies. Lol! Just trying to help Pac find a long lost favorite. It may not be Dad's. I'm with you they wouldn't be my favorite cookie
