The Heat Wave is still on. It's probably around 100 deg or more.
Crab salad w/ romaine, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, & remoulade sauce.

Toasted Everything Bagel with cream cheese, and a mixed salad.

Nothing exciting tonight, but it was good. I had half an avocado sprinkled with Penzeys Mural of Flavor seasoning , a handful of mini heirloom tomatoes, 2 clementine oranges and a slice of toasted wheat bread.

DH ended up calling in sick at the last possible moment because he was feeling light headed, cold and couldn't stay awake....not good for a driver.

I had given him his "supper at lunch" as his shift starts at 3 and he takes sandwiches with him. Instead of the steak stir fry I did for him Italian sausages, my leftover Greek rice and broccoli salad. I had my leftovers - spanakopita, rice and Greek salad.

We both ended up taking long naps and after waking up I had one of the leftover sausages cold and some salad. He had one of his sandwiches and more broccoli salad.

Two a.m. Eggs and toast. Was not the least bit hungry at dinner time. Woke up for a glass of water. Now I was hungry. Now I am awake.

Urghh.
