msmofet - I love soups and I would have a hard time picking one of these . . . they both look so good.

Oh btw, the McCormick Inspirations pork chop recipe that we had for dinner was a real winner . . . I'll be making that again.

Thank you LC!! I am glad you liked the chops!! I would have felt bad if I inspirered you and you didn't like them after you cooked them. I used MacIntosh apples what kind did you use?

I bought the McCormick Recipe Inspirations Spanish Chicken Skillet and am going to make that very soon!!

I also used MacIntosh since that's what I had at home. I saw the Spanish chcken skillet . . . looked good. I saw a garlic shrimp one that looked good too. It was nice having everything I needed including the recipe. I think they came out with a good concept.
