Rainy, dreary day today. I have chicken stock simmering. Chicken soup for dinner.
 
I don’t know about dinner, but lunch is going to Chana dhal with golden garlic tarka, onion kulcha, and some lime-pickled red onions. First time for me to make dhal!

I think I posted this same thing on yesterday’s “what are you eating today” thread. I didn’t lake it yesterday though, just wasn’t paying attention.
 
SO's flight has been changed to a later arrival so I'm making dinner tonight.

I'm going to make Cacio e Pepe. Never tried it before. Lots of cheese and pepper.
 
We just arrived at my FIL's house, so no idea what we'll end up doing for dinner. We have to go pick up a prescription, so maybe we'll just all go out.
 
Homemade Chicken Soup served over brown rice, topped with fresh grated parmesan reggiano and pecorino romano cheeses.

Homemade deviled ham, using up some of the Easter ham, with alfalfa sprouts on toasted potato rolls, macaroni salad with yellow and red bell peppers, onions, celery, and shrimp.
