The food from the freezer was in really good shape. Only lost a bag of breaded mushrooms. I'm sure some of the bags of veggies and potato products will have a lot of ice crystals but they weren't too thawed out. I just stuck them back in. I ended up reheating the leftover spaghetti and using the heels of the sourdough bread for garlic bread.

I could give up chocolate but I'm no quitter!

Did a tri tip in my stovetop smoker on the outdoor grill. Finished it over the fire, and it turned out great. Grilled garlic bread and green salad. It was so beautiful out there tonight with a big full moon, and my I pod listening to great old music by dead people.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but rather by the moments that take our breath away.

right now I am getting ready to get some sauce started for lasagna...and make some tofu ricotta..which I prefer over the dairy based version
then hopefully get the lasagna baked and into the fridge before I get tired and call it a day..so technically its for tomorrow but cooking it yet tonight...i like lasagna more the next day
