We had take out Chinese. I was too bagged to even contemplate cooking.

Frank, is that homemade dough that you store in the freezer? Do you need to let it thaw in the fridge or does it do alright on the counter? Does it start to rise at all if you leave it on the counter?

Yes, home made dough. Freezer to the counter top and thawed and risen in 4-5 hours.

I dust the counter, then cover the dough with a tea towel. Come back when it is ready.

It doesn't save time (pizza dough is about 3 hours making it) but it does save hassle as I can go about other things while it thaws and rises.

Would you share your recipe? Or have you already done so and I've missed it?

Wed. night, I made a bacon cheeseburger pasta dish. This was macaroni, cheese sauce, bacon and ground beef with seasonings.
