Spagetti with tomato sauce. Simmered some Italian sausage in with the sauce. Garlic bread and cheese. Green salad with Balsamic vinegarettte.

I made garlic/chorizo soup with broth made from last nights smoked chicken carcass
Garlic soup with a poached egg in it, served with toast...wonderful

Dinner Chicken & Vegetable Lo Mein (wide lo mein noodles, deboned chicken breast, red & green bell peppers, baby bok choy, onion, carrot, mushroom caps, green onion, fresh garlic, chicken stock (chicken rib bones simmered in the stock for extra intense flavor), sherry, soy sauce, hot chili sesame oil, sesame oil, EVOO, ground peppercorn blend, ground sea salt and toasted black and white sesame seeds).

Sprinkled with black & white sesame seeds
