Beef short ribs baked long and slow.
Home made bbq sauce
and a veggie of some sort.

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on. Robert Frost

Pizza with store-bought shells and our own toppings (I like pizza sauce with pepperoni, roasted red peppers and mozzarella, DH likes olive oil with onions, roasted garlic, and feta), with a green salad on the side. DH made slice-n-bake chocolate chip cookies last night, so that can be dessert.

The trouble with eating Italian food is that five or six days later you're hungry again. ~ George Miller

Me too, I used a slow cooker to prepare beef soup with chopped potato and carrot. Everything is in that pot. I served it with rice (by rice cooker).

Look around us, it is beautiful.
