Mister K~Couple and I had a bit of a disagreement
so it's make up dinner tonight
Extra large Cheese Pizza (take-out, I didn't make this one)
Henry Weinhard Root Beer
Cannolis for dessert (take-out from the bakery)

Hey, great minds. With the exception of the pepper rings, that's EXACTLY the same thing I had, including the cottage cheese. Well, almost exactly. My pickle was manufactured by some guy named Kroll.

Had a grilled Irish rump steak, salad with my version of half baked potato - baking potato halved and criss-crossed, oiled and baked. It comes out like a baked potato but with a golden, crusty surface (like roast potato). Also baked a whole beetroot in foil alongside (for another occasion).

Spur of the moment stop at a little greek restaurant this afternoon to pick up a gyro for a late afternoon dinner. It was good, but it sure inspired me to look up Steve's homemade gyros recipe that I saved.

After reviewing the recipe again and seeing the pic, I am SO going to make this!
