It started out as goulash.....

No, doo-doo, there I was, all set to make a fairly traditional goulash (if there is such a thing) for dinner tonight.

I cut up some semi frozen hamburger patties, sweet sausage, and got them going.
I added some peppers, onions, garlic, canned shrooms (why not), and got them going with the rest.
I added some tomato paste to try to tighten up the juice that hadn't cooked out. Oh yeah, you might see some seasoning in here, too. Salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning...... and salt and pepper ;)
I tasted it. There was no way I was going to dump some cans of tomato sauce onto all of this, sooooo, I loaded about half of it into a plastic container for future use.
Then I sprinkled some flour onto the remaining mixture. Added some beef broth, some more beef broth (where was it all going?) then some milk. Then some more beef broth

I have to say I am pretty stuffed right now :pig:

Wow, that looks good pacanis!!! I admire your willingness to just go for it. When I try to do something like that, I usually end up with some sort of crud that is inedible. It almost resembles an Indian dish.

Thank you all very much :)

9:30 Beth. That's about normal for me
