Braving using the smoker again. Started a pot of beans last night.
Smoked some chicken breasts this morning. Put it all together in the CI Dutch oven for Chicken Chili. It will stay put a few more hours in the smoker.

Maybe some corn bread to go with it. My good deeds are done for the day.

I've got a lb of brisket and a lb of chuck ready to grind for burgers and I'll fry up some pierogies to go with them

Chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet onion, red bell pepper, black olives, extra sharp cheddar, etc., topped with a yogurt sauce, stuffed inside a whole pita.
