Thank you. They were nice and chewy the way I like them. DD and I had a hot one last night right out of the oven and they had crispy bottoms.

Those look scrumptious MsMofet! Although jalapeno would not have been my first choice...

But I like my bagels with honey-and-walnut cream cheese! Besides, can't do "spicy-hot". Tongue doesn't like "spicy-hot".
