I made lemon shortcake. I made 2 trays of it because butter, flour and lemons are currently inexpensive. It has the juice and grated rind of 3 lemons in it. Delicious!

I have two loaves of NYT No Knead Bread rising, and later we'll make two pumpkin pies.

Rolls going in the oven. Next - cherry pie for tomorrow. Rolls later, in the fridge, to be baked just before dinner.

Rolls for dinner tomorrow. Orange Honey Crescents, like my mom and Aunt Eleanor used to make.
