I have a cheesecake in the oven right now. Will post a picture of it when it is done (unless it explodes and wreaks havoc).

Now that I have half a kitchen, I need to make some gluten free bread for DH and will try to get an apple crisp or something done for dessert.

Will do. Hopefully the clementines make it till tomorrow. They are drying up quickly. I think I need to borrow a couple of kids to help us eat all the fruit I buy. Especially when it's a good sale and I buy gobs.

Will do some bread, since we're out. Will probably make some oatmeal cookies today since I noticed we have an obscene amount of rolled oats just sitting about. I'm also looking for something to do with this bar of Green & Black's dark cook's chocolate I had forgotten about but just found in our cupboard.
